This was another closing where it was denied at one bank and we had to get creative, send it to another bank and hope the sellers were okay with extending. This was truly bittersweet. A childhood friend of mine reached out months ago saying her and her family were going to move back to CT. We made offers on multiple homes and got out bid. As soon as this one had a price reduction we jumped on it and got under contract. There were a lot of hoops to jump through and even had to fix some plumbing after the final walkthrough. Thank you for trusting me with such a big purchase and i am blessed to have represented you throughout. Congrats!!
