Revisiting one of my favorite homes in Fairfield’s University Area.

Sold in 2022 for $1.1M, this home stood out for its color, texture, personality, and thoughtful presentation. Each room had its own point of view, yet the entire home felt cohesive, intentional, and memorable.

The market story is just as compelling. In 2022, the University Area median sale price was $723,500. By 2025, it had reached $937,500. Now, just a few months into 2026, the median is already $1.29M, up 27% from the 2025 median.

It is a strong reminder that location, presentation, and timing all matter. When a home with character is positioned well in a neighborhood buyers continue to seek out, the result can be especially powerful.

Fairfield’s University Area remains one of the town’s most desirable neighborhoods for its residential feel, access to town, train, beaches, and nearby universities, and the lifestyle it offers.

🥂Another off-market success in Fairfield Beach.

We never lost momentum and never gave up on finding the right home. We searched high and low, on market and off, staying consistent and intentional until the right opportunity came together. And when it did, it was worth the wait: a wonderful seller, a thoughtful deal, and the perfect home for the sweetest family of three.

This was not an overnight win. It was a year of patience, strategy, and knowing when to wait and when to move.

These are the moments that matter most to me: the trust, the relationships, and the process behind finding the right home, not just any home.

Fairfield Beach continues to be the place to live! Walkability to town, a true neighborhood feel, and a coastal lifestyle that carries through every season make it easy to understand why demand and home values here continue to rise.

So happy for this sweet new chapter, grateful to have been part of such a special sale, and truly thankful that I get to do what I love every single day.
