I couldn’t be happier for my clients who have become friends over the years! We met at an open house 16 years ago!
Back in the winter, they contacted me because they had a goal of selling their house in Easton for a specific price (we sold it off market for even more!). And, finding a perfect house in Trumbull that would ‘check all of their boxes’. I honestly was not sure if we were going to be able to accomplish the goal but we did! I am thrilled for them as they start their family’s next chapter (high school here we come!).
The transaction was not an easy one with some unique challenges, but together we got through and they are now swimming in their new pool and making the house their own.

So thrilled for my clients who are moving on to their next home! I had the pleasure to work with them four years ago when they purchased 135 Alden St, their first home 🏡. They recently called me to say that they were thinking of moving out of the area and wanted to sell. They took my advice and we staged the home to make it shine! Another closing, another happy client! I’m thrilled for my sellers who were selling their family 🏡. It needed some TLC but is a great home with tons of potential in a great street in Fairfield’s University area.
There were many ups and downs in getting it sold but ultimately they realized their goal! 🎉 And there is a happy new homeowner who will make the house their own!

Closing on a home is always such an exciting day! It is especially true for this one- after losing 8 homes not for lack of making very strong offers, the saying ‘it is meant to be’ (b’shert is one of my favorite Yiddish phrases btw 😂 ) couldn’t apply more. This beautiful property is the perfect home for my wonderful clients so it was worth the wait and disappointment that they experienced over the last months. It is an incredible home and setting with the “wow factor” at every turn! I’m so happy for my lovely clients and wish them many happy years in their new state, neighborhood and home! It’s been a pleasure working with them!
