🔹Min credit score of 580 (must occupy the property)​​​​​​​​
🔹Higher "debt to Income Ratio" than most loans which means you can carry a bit more debt and still qualify. ​​​​​​​​

❌Cons:​​​​​​​​
🔹Like most government loans, property condition is a factor. (i.e.. no wood rot, peeling paint, broken windows, etc.) if any defects are noted at the appraisal, all items must be fixed before closing.​​​​​​​​
