Before you buy a home, ask yourself these questions:

✔️ What’s the HOA?
✔️ How much are the property taxes?
✔️ What will insurance cost in this area?

Your mortgage payment may stay relatively stable, but HOA fees, taxes, and insurance can increase over time. Those costs have a major impact on what you’ll actually pay every month.

A lower-priced home isn’t always the better deal, and a higher-priced home isn’t always more expensive to own.
