Approved Title & Escrow is growing quickly, and we’re looking for a detail‑oriented, motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Escrow Assistant. What You’ll Do
Support escrow officers with file preparation, communication, and follow‑through
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, agents, lenders, and internal partners
Assist with ordering payoffs, HOAs, utilities, and other escrow‑related items
Help maintain accurate file documentation and workflow organization
Manage multiple tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Contribute to a team culture built on clarity, accountability, and growth
Preferred Experience
Experience in escrow, title, or real estate is a plus
Familiarity with Qualia is a big bonus
Proficiency with technology and comfort using AI‑driven tools
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized under pressure
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first mindset
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving processes
