Introducing The Reserve at Bluff Mountain. Bluff Mountain Ventures has been proud to partner with Bluff Mountain Development, LLC on a 2,000 acre mountaintop property to be known as The Reserve at Bluff Mountain.
Bluff Mountain Ventures will be responsible for the residential community component of the property which will consist of lot/tract determination and layout, infrastructure layout of the road system and associated ingress and egress points.
The concept for the development envisions keeping The Reserve as a pristine and private setting with homesites set back from neighboring parcels so as to afford as much privacy as possible.
Beginning in late 2022 or early 2023, Bluff Mountain Ventures will begin the sale of primitive estate lots ranging in size from ten (10) acres to forty (40) acres. These lots are heavily wooded with long range mountain views at elevations between 2,500 - 3,500 feet.
Situated just three (3) hours north of Charlotte, NC and within a days drive of nearly 50% of the population centers of the eastern seaboard, The Reserve at Bluff Mountain offers the solemnity that our clients desire.
