We are honored to have been selected as a recipient of the Triad Business Journal in NC “Best Projects 2023” – Mixed Use category – for The Bedrock in the City of High Point Government, NC! This project showcases a good Public Private Partnership working together to rejuvenate a once-languishing and dormant downtown district.

Elliott Sidewalk Communities The Bedrock, with Stock + Grain Assembly Food Hall, was the very first private investment made near the new city-owned High Point Rockers Baseball Stadium. ESC & the City have pioneered catalyst investments that have created and paved the way for additional downtown development in the area growing today. Creating a new downtown High Point economy, building downtown joy, and creating a unique thriving walkable project was our goal for High Point. This award helps prove the recognition of that journey.

Beginning tomorrow, June 1, Bevelry and Cahoots will be open for service Wednesdays-Sundays from 4:30-9pm. The bars will transition to earlier daytime and later evening service by the end of June.
