There are some amazing things in store right here in Reno Sparks. I love this one because its right near me. Very soon, my little neighborhood will have a brand new high school, an awesome new open air art, shopping and all around cool new building instead of an empty Lowes, and an amazing bicycle bus connector to an updated fun and funky Wells Ave. If you connect the dots you will see a clear path to some increased property values and a way to make some nice equity. The Oddie District will be a new and reinvisioned district in Sparks with plans to completely redevelop the former Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, which is currently the largest vacant big-box building in town.
