Happy 2026 my Reno/Sparks peeps!

What's your word of the Year? My word is "Guide."

Being a guide who serves our local community with love, generosity, and appreciation. A guide also has the resources to lead and navigate through daily twist and turns of my professional Real Estate business. In reality, I also get to support our small businesses and refer them to you (my friends, family and clients) when in need.

This year my goal is to give out at least 4 professional referrals a week and receive 2 referral for someone needing guidance. To do this, I need to expand my referral network.

Who do you know, who's a "10" (like OMG they are the best)? I would love to meet up with them. Some examples are: Probate/Trust Attorneys, Insurance, Flooring company, Roofers, Gutters installer, Window replacement/installer, Landscaper/Cleanup, Painting, Junk Hauling, Arborists, Garage Door installer, Photographers, Window cleaning... I'm sure there are more.
