🐟 Seeking New Parents 🐟
Hi. We're the koi fish at 4790 Tobago.
We've spent years living our best lives in one of the most beautiful backyards in Sparks. We enjoy long swims, sunny afternoons, and entertaining guests from our luxury waterfront community.
Unfortunately, our humans are moving.
While we're happy for them, we're now accepting applications for new fish parents.
Requirements:
✔ Must appreciate peaceful evenings on the covered patio.
✔ Must enjoy the calming sound of flowing water.
✔ Must be willing to show off our pond to friends and family.
✔ Bonus points if you bring fish food.
In exchange, we'll provide endless entertainment, stress relief, and a backyard experience that's impossible to replicate.
The home comes with:
🏡 4 Bedrooms + Den
🌳 Corner Lot
🌿 HOA Open Space Behind
☀️ Covered Paver Patio
💦 Our Amazing Koi Pond
If you've been looking for a home that feels more like a private retreat, we'd love to meet you.
Sincerely,
The Koi of 4790 Tobago
P.S. The house is pretty nice too.

Some homes are just houses. This one is different.

Morning coffee on a covered patio overlooking your own koi pond. A den for work or quiet. A great room + an expansive kitchen and a formal dining room. All of it single-story, all of it on a corner lot in the Highlands.

This is what $865,000 looks like when it's done right.
