Just a friendly reminder to help you stay COOL this summer. 😎 Don’t forget to take care of your A/C (so it can take care of you)! ☀️❄️

✅ Check and replace your furnace filter if it’s dirty.
✅ Clean your outdoor condenser coils.

If you’re not sure how to do that, it’s pretty easy:
• Turn OFF power to the outdoor unit.
• Remove any leaves or debris around it.
• Using a garden hose, gently rinse the coils to remove dirt and buildup.
• Avoid using a pressure washer or anything strong enough to bend the delicate fins!

Clean coils help your system run more efficiently, keep your home cooler, and may even help lower energy costs.

One client officially went from renting to owning a home, and another is headed to farmhouse living with land to enjoy. 🚜🌾
