Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Danielle Upshaw has proudly called the Upper Cumberland home since 2003. Over the years, she has developed a deep appreciation for the area's natural beauty, welcoming people, and strong sense of community—qualities that make it such a special place to call home.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Danielle spent more than a decade as a special education teacher. Through her years in education, she developed a passion for serving others, advocating for their needs, building meaningful relationships, and meeting people exactly where they are. Today, she brings those same qualities into real estate, helping clients navigate one of life's biggest decisions with patience, understanding, and genuine care.

As her oldest child approaches graduation, Danielle felt called to take a leap of faith and begin a new chapter of her own. While she may be newer to the real estate industry, her dedication to helping others has been a constant throughout her life.

Danielle is a proud mother of two—a daughter who is nearly 18 and a 9-year-old son. Family is at the center of everything she does, and when she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, exploring the outdoors, discovering new places, and learning something new.

Above all, Danielle leads with a servant's heart. She believes that real estate is about more than buying and selling properties; it's about people, relationships, and helping families find a place where they can build their lives and create lasting memories.

Her goal is simple: to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and confident knowing they have someone in their corner who truly cares. Danielle looks forward to serving the Upper Cumberland community and helping more families find a place to call home.
