2023 was a challenging, but rewarding year. Myself and Simon did not speak about even creating a team until February of 2023 and hired our first team member in May. Fast forward to a little over a year and we have expanded to 20+ agents in two states closing over $40,000,000 in 2023 in a very challenging real estate market.

Ownership and management has come with its new challenges, but also rewards. As I have transitioned into more of the teaching role it has been amazing to watch the agents grow and become successful, which has been the most rewarding part by far.
