✨ CLOSED… and still in good graces with the fam 😂🏡

Today we officially closed on Lockland Ave., and this one is extra special for lots of reasons.

Not only does it mark my first North Carolina transaction, but my clients also happen to be Kristen and Nathan Filipponi. They trusted Aunt Sissy to sell their home, and somehow we all made it to the closing table with the group chat still intact! 🤣

In all seriousness, I’m incredibly grateful they trusted me during this transition. Representing friends and family comes with a little extra pressure, and it means the world that they believed in me from start to finish.

I also couldn’t have done it without my amazing North Carolina family at The Agency-Newsom Homes. A huge thank you to Delana, Jacie Lauren, Danielle, and Justin for answering my questions, sharing your time, and helping make my first NC closing such a great experience.
