🚨 FLORIDA HOMEOWNERS — THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT 🚨

If you’re buying a home in Florida, you need to know about the proposed changes coming to the Florida Homestead Exemption.

Right now, Florida homeowners can receive up to a $50,000 💰💰homestead exemption.

BUT… there is a proposed amendment on the November 2026 ballot that could increase the exemption to:

🏡 $150,000 in 2027
🏡 $250,000 in 2028 and beyond

That could mean significant property-tax savings for qualifying Florida homeowners.

⚠️ One VERY important thing: this proposal still needs to be approved by Florida voters. It is NOT law yet.

And if you’re purchasing a home and making it your primary residence, you’ll want to make sure you understand the homestead application process and deadlines ⏰
