🔑🏡 ASHLEY IS A HOMEOWNER!!! 🏡🔑

Today is officially closing day for my friend, Ashley, and her beautiful family of four! ❤️ RE/MAX Platinum Group - Sparta, NJ Marybeth Kavanagh Brannigan

This one means a little extra to me. We spent months searching together—through trials, errors, disappointments, and more houses than I can probably count 😂—trying to find a home that checked all the boxes.

As I prepare my client (and friend) for her closing tomorrow, I’ve taken a moment to reflect on my last five closings this past year.

Every buyer I’ve had the privilege of working with has had a different story and a different reason for wanting to call a place their own.

One buyer was a college student purchasing land and laying the foundation for the future she envisioned.

My next three buyers were individuals purchasing homes that represented new chapters, bigger dreams, and the opportunity to build something of their own.

And tomorrow, I’ll be sitting beside a buyer who never imagined homeownership was in her future.

With a lot of education, an amazing lender and attorney, plenty of negotiation, and a few trials along the way, she’s finally ready for the closing table. Together, we found the perfect home where she can welcome her family, watch them grow, and build memories in a safe and comfortable community.

I hope to help people from all walks of life find their way home. But more than that, I want every buyer and seller I work with to know that their journey matters to me.

For me, real estate is more than a transaction. It’s about building toward a future that always welcomes you home. ❤️
