Happy Holidays!! Allow me to reintroduce myself and tell you about what I do!

Today I'd love to answer some FAQs I get as a property manager!
✍️Q- Why should I pay you to be my manager when I can self manage my property? A: Not only did I attend the Real Estate School of SC prior to my licensing in Property management, but I have been distinguished by the State of SC as a property manager in charge which means I completed additional hours of training and work experiences in my field. Because of my training and background, it's my job to keep the management of your property easy for you when it comes to rent collection and any repairs that may arise!! I also keep you legal! Besides, who wants a pesky maintenance emergency in the middle of the night!
✍️Q-How do you know how much my home will rent for? A: Figuring out the rental value of a home has many factors. I will assess the home as well as do comparisons of similar homes in your market while factoring in amenities and extras as well. We will be able to get you the maximum value for your home!
✍️Q-How quickly can you rent my home out? A: Most homes typically can rent within 30 days!
