✨Spartanburg County’s housing market is settling into a healthy, balanced pace. ☯️ There are 376 new listings on the market, and inventory is sitting at about 3.8 months, giving buyers more options than earlier in the season. Homes are taking around 60 days to sell, which means buyers have more time to shop around, and sellers may need to be a little more thoughtful about pricing and presentation. Homes are selling for about 98% of their list price, and the median sold price is $284,900. Bottom line: prices are holding steady, buyers have more breathing room, and the Spartanburg market remains solid! 💪
