April gave us a clearer picture of what the Spartanburg market is doing this spring 👀

Here’s what we saw across Spartanburg County in April 2026:

🏡 997 new listings hit the market
⏳ Homes averaged 66 days on market
💰 Median sales price landed at $283,250

What does that mean for buyers and sellers?

Inventory continues improving, which gives buyers more options and a little more breathing room compared to the intense competition we saw over the last few years. At the same time, well-priced and move-in-ready homes are still standing out quickly.

For sellers, strategy matters more than ever. Pricing correctly, preparing your home well, and making a strong first impression can make a huge difference in today’s market.
