There's a version of success that lives in spreadsheets. Closing volume, units, pipeline.

And then there's this.

My crew at Magic Kingdom this week. My kids will not remember the interest rate on our mortgage or the year I hit a production goal. They'll remember the Minnie ears, the sandals that got soaked on Splash Mountain, dad in a Disney shirt trying to look cool in the Florida heat.

Memories are the only asset I know of that compounds without a monthly statement.

I help families buy homes for a living. But the home is just the container. The real return is the Saturday morning pancakes, the birthday breakfasts at the kitchen table, the trips you said yes to even when the budget said maybe.

Invest in the memories. The rest tends to figure itself out.
