The board is currently working on a project to change the covenants! Currently any changes require 75% of lot owner approval. We are working towards being able to make changes with a smaller quorum at an annual or special meeting. This would allow us to vote on items such as fencing and short term rentals within the neighborhood! We will have special meetings to gather signatures as they will need to be notarized. More details to come!
