Hello neighbors! We know it's been an extra hot summer, so yardwork hasn't been on the top of everyone's list. I know my own yard also needs some attention! Please take some time over the next two weekends to address any weeds or overgrown plants. We will be doing a drive of the neighborhood and sending violation letters the week of August 10th.

We look forward to seeing you at the annual meeting this evening at 6pm at Countryside Church! Below is the agenda for the meeting.

Friendly reminder that the annual meeting is at 6pm on Tuesday April 28th at Countryside Church in the Summit Room. Please bring your valid forms of ID if you plan vote on the proposed amendment as your signature will need to be notarized!

The board is currently working on a project to change the covenants! Currently any changes require 75% of lot owner approval. We are working towards being able to make changes with a smaller quorum at an annual or special meeting. This would allow us to vote on items such as fencing and short term rentals within the neighborhood! We will have special meetings to gather signatures as they will need to be notarized. More details to come!
