I represent buyers and sellers in the Northern Black Hills of South Dakota I am proud to be a South Dakota native and have lived in Spearfish for the past 28 years. My real estate career began in 1985 while living in California. In 1992 I returned to Spearfish to raise my children. During that time building and operating a retail store was very rewarding. Acting as the Head Coordinator for Project

Playland in Spearfish Park and volunteering in many community and school-related activities solidified my Spearfish roots. In 2004 I returned to a career in real estate with the goal of providing exceptional real estate services to buyers and sellers in the Spearfish and surrounding areas. I have served on the Spearfish Area Chamber of Commerce, on the Spearfish Parks, Recreation and Forestry Board, Spearfish Youth Baseball and Softball Association and most recently on the Mount Rushmore Association of Realtors Board of Directors. In my spare time I enjoy quilting, the beautiful Black Hills, spending time with my family and pheasant hunting with my husband and our labs Remi and Sage.

The Lawrence County Register of Deeds has launched a new Land Notification System! This system alerts property owners whenever a document is recorded in the Register of Deeds office under their personal or business name.

How it works:
To participate, simply create an account and select your preferred notification method (Email or Text). Each time an alert is triggered, you will receive the recording date and the type of document filed.

Important Setup Tip:
Alerts are triggered by the name(s) you set up for the alert. Be sure to include the name used when you took ownership of the property. You can create multiple alerts for personal names, business names, or trusts.
