Day two of the Convention of the Dakotas was another FULL and fantastic day!

We kicked things off with an amazing education session, “Agency: How to Promote Your Value” with Kim Allard, so many great takeaways and reminders about the value we bring to our clients and our profession.

Our inspirational luncheon speaker, Nick Morrison, was absolutely incredible. What a story, what a perspective, and such a powerful reminder to make the most of the life we’re given. Definitely one of those speakers who sticks with you long after he leaves the stage.

Then it was time for REALTOR® business with our Board of Directors Meeting and General Membership Meeting. We even had a race for National Director! We LOVE seeing people willing to step up, get involved, run for leadership positions, and serve our REALTOR® community. That kind of engagement is exciting to see!

We wrapped up the day with the RPAC Reception and the REALTOR® of the Year Awards Dinner.

A HUGE congratulations to Kelly Howie of the Black Hills Association of REALTORS® on being named the 2026 South Dakota REALTOR® of the Year!

Education, inspiration, leadership, advocacy, friendships and celebrating some pretty amazing people.

What a crazy busy, FUN day at the Convention of the Dakotas in Fargo!

We kicked things off with breakfast, packed in some great education, enjoyed a Bear Creek winery tour, and wrapped up the day with the Icebreaker and some fun with the Platt Network Union crew!

Lots of learning, lots of laughs, great conversations, and even better people.

Fargo, you’re treating us well! Today, we get to do it all over again!
