A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Hollow Gulch Grand Opening last night! We were thrilled to welcome residents, community members, friends, family, and local businesses as we celebrated this exciting milestone together.

Your support, kind words, and enthusiasm made the evening truly special. We hope you enjoyed the live entertainment, appetizers, beverages, and the opportunity to tour our beautiful community and amenities.

We would also like to extend our gratitude to the Spearfish Area Chamber of Commerce for helping make our ribbon-cutting ceremony such a memorable event.

We are proud to be part of the Spearfish community and look forward to creating many wonderful memories with our residents and neighbors for years to come.

Yesterday, our ambassadors welcomed Hollow Gulch to the Spearfish Chamber with a ribbon cutting!

Hollow Gulch is a new luxury apartment community in Spearfish. This new development of apartments offers beautiful modern living spaces with amazing amenities. This living community was designed with thoughtful touches and value placed on community. With amenities like a fitness center, heated underground parking, movie theater, rooftop lounge, and sky deck with beautiful views, Hollow Gulch combines upscale comfort with convenience.

Hollow Gulch is proud to offer modern living that works with resident’s lifestyles; with a convenient location, pet friendly environment, and unique offerings. Hollow Gulch’s current layouts include studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments. In the near future, Hollow Gulch will be building another development that will include 3 bedroom larger layouts for family living with the same beautiful touches. The Hollow Gulch team is excited to become a part of the Spearfish Community.
