Shandon joined me as a New Home Specialist in the Sky Ridge Community in May.

Before even officially being on the sales floor, Shandon took the initiative, put in the work, and secured his very first contract this week!

Success like this doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from dedication, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help people find the right home.

Every client who walks through my door has a different story, different goals, and different concerns. One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to know those stories and helping people navigate the journey home alongside them.

One of the things I love most about this community is the way people show up for one another when it matters most.

Today, I’m asking for support for Anish, a valued member of the Hills View Homes family.

Anish was involved in a tragic accident on Thursday and remains in critical condition in the ICU. As his loved ones work to travel from India to be by his side, a GoFundMe has been established to help with travel expenses and other unexpected costs.

Please keep Anish and his family in your prayers. If you are able to donate or share this fundraiser, it would mean so much to those who know and love him.

Orientation walk season around here 🏡✨

My calendar is filling up with orientation walks, and I’m not complaining. These appointments mean we’re getting close to one of the most exciting milestones in the homebuilding journey—the finish line!

After months of progress updates, construction photos, questions, and planning, it’s exciting getting to schedule these final walkthroughs and help families get one step closer to keys in hand. 🤍🔑
