If it feels like we’re hosting an Open House at our Sky Ridge model home nearly every weekend… you’re not imagining it. 😉🏡

But it’s not because homes aren’t moving.

It’s actually because they are.

Our finished inventory sells and closes quickly, which means we often don’t have completed homes sitting available long enough to host traditional open houses in them… it’s a great problem to have!

So our solution is to keep the doors open at our model home — giving you a place to stop in, see our finished product, ask questions, and learn what’s currently available or coming soon.

Because around here, “I’ll check it out later” can turn into “wait… that one sold already?” pretty quickly. 😉

Happy Labor Day! 🤍

Today is a good reminder to recognize the people whose hard work, dedication and commitment help build our future - and the places we call home!🏡

From our crews in the field, to the trades, vendors, lenders, inspectors, and everyone working behind the scenes, there are so many hands involved in building a home.

And one of my favorite parts of what I do is getting to be there with my buyers from start to finish — from the first conversation about what they’re looking for, through choosing their home, watching it come together, navigating all the little details along the way, and finally handing over the keys.

It takes an entire team to make that moment possible, and I’m incredibly grateful for the hardworking people I get to work alongside every day.
