Well decided to mark this business as officially closed. While Nicole and I can continue to assist with referrals, we don’t intend to list homes any more in nj as we are a bit to far away loving life in Tennessee. We do have some good agents we can refer you to so feel free to ask. And if you are interested in becoming an agent we can give you tips and tricks as well.
It was a great run. Some good and some well not as good moments.
I will end with some quick things that seemed to come up very often: if you are thinking of selling, start getting your house ready long before you want to list it. It is horrible to ask an agent to help you list a home and then realize it will take two months to declutter and clean. If you are going to buy a home start working with a loan professional at least six months in advance if you don’t have stellar credit. And above all work with an agent you feel comfortable with. Not the one that just throws out the latest catch phrases. But one you feel comfortable talking to and listening to.
