What exactly is a Real Estate Broker?

A Real Estate Broker is a licensed real estate professional who has completed additional education and licensing requirements beyond those required of a real estate salesperson/agent.

As the Broker/Owner of Truly Home Real Estate, my role goes beyond helping clients buy and sell property. A Broker is also responsible for overseeing the brokerage, supervising its real estate agents, helping ensure transactions are handled properly, and staying on top of contracts, regulations, and industry requirements.

For my clients, that means you’re working with someone who brings years of experience, additional education, and a higher level of responsibility to the transaction.

Real estate can sometimes feel complicated—but understanding it doesn’t have to be.
