SOLD! 406 Strichen Dr. 🎉
Sometimes a real estate transaction doesn’t go according to PLAN A...and that’s where communication and staying connected can make all the difference.
We originally had 406 Strichen under contract, but during the option period the parties ultimately couldn’t come to terms and that contract was headed toward termination. That same day, another agent had shown one of my nearby listings to her buyers. It wasn’t quite the right fit, but through our conversation I mentioned that I might have a very comparable home coming available later that day. She appreciated the heads-up, took her buyers by 406 Strichen, and we stayed in communication.... At 5:00 that afternoon, the original contract terminated. Within hours, we were working with a new offer. The result? Within hours, we had a new contract that ultimately put my sellers in an even better position.‼️
There’s a lot more to selling a home than putting it in the MLS and waiting for an offer. Sometimes it’s knowing your inventory, communicating with other agents, recognizing an opportunity, and being ready when the pieces line up.
