Modern real estate isn’t just about finding the right home… It’s about getting to the closing table without surprises 👀

There’s a funny story in this reel (and trust me, it could’ve gone sideways real fast), but it’s the perfect example of why your title company matters more than most people realize.

Here’s what I mean when I say title companies can make or break a deal:
• They catch ownership issues before they become your problem
• They verify liens, taxes, and legal details
• They make sure everyone signs correctly and funds $$ properly
• And when something unexpected pops up… they’re the ones who keep the deal alive

Think of them like the backstage crew in a show… you may not see them, but if they miss a cue, the whole thing falls apart.

Moral of the story: who you choose matters. A good title company protects your deal. The wrong one… well, that’s where the funny stories come from 😅
