We are so excited to add Anna Bousema as Escrow Officer with The Closing Co. She has so much experience in - and excitement for - this industry, we are very lucky to be able to bring her on board 😊

We have found a wonderful new home for The Closing Co. Look for us at our new location at 1721 Hill Avenue in Spirit Lake beginning March 1, 2026. It's a great way to celebrate our 2nd anniversary and we are excited to join the other great businesses on Hill Ave 💫💫
