Happy Independence Day! See the below map and instructions for parade road closures and lake access today in Spirit Lake 🇺🇸 🎆

🚧 4th of July Parade Road Closures & Lake Access 🚧

If you're planning to travel through Spirit Lake on Saturday, July 4, please plan ahead for temporary road closures.

⏰ Road closures will begin at 9:00 AM and are expected to reopen around 1:00 PM.

🎆 The parade begins promptly at 11:00 AM.

🚧 Cross streets intersecting Highway 41 on the west side between Maine Street and Van Buren Street will be closed during the parade. Access at these intersections will be restricted.

🏖️ Heading to the lake?
Please follow the posted Detour signs. The recommended route is:

➡️ Highway 41
➡️ Turn West onto New Hampshire Street
➡️ Turn North on 3rd Avenue
➡️ Turn West onto Maine Street
➡️ Follow Maine Street to the public lake access

🗺️ Please refer to the attached map for the detour route.

🚗 If you're attending the parade, we encourage you to arrive early and expect minor traffic delays.
