Waking up this morning is surreal! We are feeling so incredibly excited and blessed as we step into this next chapter! 🏡❤️✨

But this moment is about so much more than building a new home. It’s also a reminder of just how fortunate we are to have such an amazing circle of family, friends, clients, and people who continue to support us.

Sometimes the road to homeownership isn’t a perfectly straight line, and that’s exactly why having the right REALTOR® in your corner matters.

Our Kenzie girl is officially starting 5th grade. I’m not quite sure how we got here so fast! It feels like we blinked and suddenly she’s walking into 5th grade, growing into this smart, funny, creative, kind-hearted young lady right before our eyes.

Kenzie, we are SO incredibly proud of you. ❤️ We’ve watched you work hard, overcome challenges, try new things, and continue to grow into your own beautiful little person. You amaze us more than you know.

As you start this new school year, we hope you walk into every classroom with confidence, lead with kindness, never be afraid to be exactly who you are, and always remember that Dad and I are your biggest cheerleaders. 📣💕 No matter what this year brings, we’ll be right beside you celebrating the wins, helping you through the hard days, and probably embarrassing you with way too many pictures. 😂

There’s something extra exciting about helping an investor find the right property at the right price, especially when we’re able to secure a great opportunity before it ever hits the market! 🙌

This one is officially UNDER CONTRACT, and soon it’ll be getting a fresh start of its own. The plan is to bring it back to life, get it ready for its next family, and turn it into a place where new memories can be made. ❤️🏡
