🏡🚧 Homesite update! Things are moving along, and our future home is taking shape!

The foundation prep is underway, with plumbing and reinforcement in place. It may look like dirt, trenches, and pipes right now, but to us, it’s the beginning of something so special. ❤️

Standing here imagining the rooms, family dinners, and memories we’ll make makes it all feel a little more real. We’re building from the ground up, and every step gives us another reason to be excited! 🥹🔑

Stay tuned as our patch of dirt becomes HOME! 🏡✨

🏡🎉 CLOSED & FUNDED! 🎉🏡

This one is extra exciting because my buyers are officially HOMEOWNERS and BACK IN TEXAS! 🤠❤️

From Florida ➡️ Texas, this was a BIG move and the beginning of an entirely new chapter. We are officially CLOSED & FUNDED, and I couldn’t be more excited for them!

Helping clients navigate a move from another state takes a lot of communication, coordination, trust, and teamwork. I’m incredibly thankful they chose ME to help guide them through it all. Seeing everything come together at the finish line makes every phone call, showing, inspection, negotiation, and piece of paperwork worth it. 🔑✨

🏡✨ Final walkthrough day in Trinity, TX!

So excited for my clients as we take one of the final steps toward making this home officially theirs! They have the perfect vision for lake life, renovations, and turning this property into something truly special. 🌊🔨🏠

After moving back to Texas from Florida, this is the beginning of such an exciting new chapter for them, and I’m so grateful I’ve been able to help guide them through the process.

Next stop… closing table! 🔑❤️

🏡 REALTOR® TIP OF THE DAY: If you’re buying land or building a home, go see it AFTER the rain. 🌧️

And yes… that is exactly what we did today. 😂

After all this rain, we drove out to our new home site to check the drainage before construction even starts. Because apparently we’ve officially entered the stage of life where staring at dirt, puddles, and water flow is exciting. 😂🏡

But this is actually SUCH an important thing to look at.

A beautiful sunny day will show you how pretty a property is.

A good Texas downpour will show you where the water goes. 👀

You can see where water collects, how the lot drains, where runoff flows, and whether there are any potential problem areas you want addressed BEFORE your home is sitting there.

The REALTOR® in me was absolutely not about to skip that homework. 😂

We haven’t even broken ground yet and I’m already learning so much through this process. I’m excited to share the good, the stressful, the muddy, and everything in between as we build our new home from the ground up. ❤️🏡

Waking up this morning is surreal! We are feeling so incredibly excited and blessed as we step into this next chapter! 🏡❤️✨

But this moment is about so much more than building a new home. It’s also a reminder of just how fortunate we are to have such an amazing circle of family, friends, clients, and people who continue to support us.

To every person who has supported my real estate career, referred my name, shared my posts, cheered me on, or trusted me to help you make one of the biggest decisions of your life, THANK YOU. 🥹❤️

Every client who has trusted me with buying, selling, leasing, or investing has played a part in giving me the opportunity to do what I love while also helping make something like this possible for our own family. That is something I will never take for granted.
