1) Show Up
2) Describe your Dream Home and tour the homes
3) Fill out an application and leave a deposit (fully refundable)
4) Once approved, work with myself and the banks to ensure all documents are uploaded successfully
5) Get approved/Close on your home
6) Move in

Once closed, I'll be here every step of the way to ensure your services and add-ons are successfully completed and that your home is move-in ready before your final walkthrough.
