I am partnering up with Brittany Edwards and the amazing team at Plush Tanning Salon to help families in our community who have lost everything in house fires.

Right now, we have three families who are starting over with nothing, and we’re hoping to help provide the everyday essentials that most of us take for granted. From toiletries and hygiene products to baby items, blankets, and gift cards, every donation helps a family begin rebuilding.

Spokane Market Update | June 2026

The real estate market continues to keep us on our toes! Every month has been a little different, which is why it’s so important to look at the bigger picture instead of focusing on one month’s headlines.
Here’s how we’ve compared year over year:
🏡 April: Home sales increased by more than 10%
🏡 May: Home sales dipped by more than 10%
🏡 June: Home sales bounced back, up nearly 10%
Overall, we’re still ahead of last year, with home sales up about 4% through the first six months of 2026. While it’s not explosive growth, it’s certainly a healthier picture than many of the national headlines would have you believe.
Homes that are priced appropriately, well-prepared, and updated are still attracting buyers quickly. Properties that miss the mark on price or condition are taking longer to generate showings and offers.
📦 Inventory Update, We sold:
• 592 homes in April
• 600 homes in May
• 675 homes in June

At our current pace, that’s just over three months of inventory, which puts us back into what many would consider a much more balanced, normal market.

💙 What does that mean?
For Sellers: Strategic pricing and strong presentation matter more than ever. The market is still moving, but buyers have choices.
For Buyers: This may be one of the best opportunities we’ve seen in a while. Many sellers are willing to help with closing costs or negotiate, and interest rates are becoming more favorable.

One of the best parts of my job is getting to be a small part of some of life’s biggest milestones. ❤️

Helping these three amazing families was such a privilege. Being able to guide the first two through the exciting journey of purchasing their very first homes as they prepare to start their families was incredibly rewarding. There is nothing quite like handing over the keys to a place where so many memories will be made.
