Still a strong seller’s market with low inventory (around 1.6–1.8 months). Homes in this range are moving quickly.
⚖️ $400K–$549K:
More balanced overall. Buyers have a bit more selection, but well-priced homes are still selling at a good pace.

Inventory jumps significantly (some ranges over 9+ months), giving buyers more negotiating power and time to make decisions.
