The market is starting to pick up as we head toward spring—and we’re seeing some clear trends depending on price point 👀

🏡 Here’s what stands out:

🔥 $300K–$399K:
Still a strong seller’s market with low inventory (around 1.6–1.8 months). Homes in this range are moving quickly.

⚖️ $400K–$549K:
More balanced overall. Buyers have a bit more selection, but well-priced homes are still selling at a good pace.

📉 $600K+:
Inventory jumps significantly (some ranges over 9+ months), giving buyers more negotiating power and time to make decisions.

💡 What this means:

• Buyers under $450K → Be ready to act fast
• Buyers $600K+ → More leverage and opportunity
