So I'm pretty excited, for so many reasons. Got this beauty under contract yesterday. A home built in 1936 has many stories to tell, and I tell you what, this one has a trilogy worth. From the well kept original trim, to vintage deep basin kitchen sink and the beautiful traditional lay out. I am so excited for what stories will be built within these walls for the next 100 years. I will forever be a sucker for gorgeous old homes like this!

Huge congratulations to my awesome buyers Eddie Reier and Sarah Reier! It was a process to find just the right home for them, but we sure did! I cannot wait to see what you both do with it to make it your own.
Also, a big thank you to Taylor Blandford, Realtor for being my right hand on this transaction! She helped show Sarah and Eddie homes, and learned a lot on the way!
Also thank you to Chad Day, Realtor - Bald Agent for a great listing, and being a awesome agent to work with.
