Thought I would post a quick graphic on the real estate market in Spokane. As you can see, the price of a home in Spokane has increased 7% year over year. Another interesting fact is that the inventory on the market has increased from a low of 6 days a few months ago to 1.6 months now. A normal market has 5 to 6 months of inventory. It is still a seller's market- now is a great time to put your home on the market.

Congratulations to Winston for his home sale and the purchase of his new home in Liberty Lake! When I was teaching I always urged students who were not enthusiastic about college to pursue the trades. Winston is KILLING it in the HVAC field! He has bought his second house at the age of 23!
