I really appreciate you all reaching out. I feel so loved 🥰 with that being said though it’s a lot to respond to each one of you individually with the same questions over and over. So I am hoping you can all read here and be updated best you can. Without me going into explicit details here’s the general idea

Sat - car accident, I was not driving, it was not my car, I was with 2 friends in the car no one else.

Strep - I woke up in so much pain and so so sick. Hard to tell between sick symptoms and car injury sick.

Body - I went to urgent care too late after the accident to clearly determine if I had a concussion or not. And my left arm does not have full range of motion, I have back, shoulder, and neck pain and some bruises 😭but I have an appointment today with chiropractor to evaluate my body and discuss further care plan for injuries.

Meds - thanks to the way the world works now it can take a pharmacy 2+ days to fill a prescription that your body needs to be better. SMH 🤦‍♀️ and yes I called around town and checked multiple pharmacies

Life - I’ve missed work, home videos, showings, and all responsibilities for the last 5 days and the stress is crippling. While also trying to find the positive lessons and the gratitude that I am alive and other wise okay.

My love - so thankful for Ronnie Little who also had to miss work and come home to help take care of us because I literally could not get up to care for my self let alone our precious baby girl. And despite the stress of missing work for both of us and less $$ than we imagined this month, we are still such a beautiful flowing team and everything always seems to work out exactly as it’s ment to.

Gratitude - 🙏🏽 our bodies are incredible machines and with the right space and time to heal we can over come physical, mental, and viral distress. Smart enough to know how good we have built our lives up that when something like this does happen, although uncomfortable and unexpected, we’re still thriving.

Questions - a lot of you have asked me if there is anything you can do and I have told you all no, but there really is, if you could just use this as one more example of how life can change in an instant. If you could just slow down in your day at least once to love on a friend, to hug your family, to just breathe and let the sun find your face and the wind in your hair. You trully never know when 1 instant can change the course of your life. Like a car accident. And it can change for the better or worse it’s really up to you and how your thought frame your reality.

After months of searching we found the perfect home for my buyers.

I am so proud of this transaction because there were multiple offers.

That can be a very overwhelming and discouraging situation when you've fallen in love with a home.

Despite other offers being for MORE money, the sellers chose ours because we had a cleaner contract with clear terms and contingencies.

It’s official! At this point, you’d need to go all the way back to the end of December 2023 to see a lower average rate for a top tier, conventional 30yr fixed mortgage. Today’s rates are already fairly close to those late-December levels. Any further improvement would result in the lowest levels since May 2023.

Average rates for today:

30 Yr Fixed 6.40%
30 Yr FHA 6.10%
30 Yr VA 6.12%

Let’s get you into a home

Today while I was at an inspection, a hornet flew up the hole in the knee of my jeans and stung me several times on the inner thigh. I had to run behind the garage and quickly rip my pants down to get the hornet out. It was quite the experience and I will now be adding a little bit of baking soda, maybe some sting stop to my real estate bag that I keep in my car.
