If the new price doesn’t reach a different buyer search bracket or correct the home’s value compared with competing listings, you may simply notify the same buyers who already passed on it.

A strategic price reduction should:

1. Reach a meaningful new group of buyers.
2. Reposition the home against the competition.
3. Be large enough to change how buyers perceive the value.
