From Avista Utilities. That's our name and that's our number. But it's never us calling you and demanding immediate payment over the phone to avoid disconnection of service. Phone scammers are heavily targeting utility customers around the country. So be aware if you receive a call like this. They are spoofing our name and phone number and will ask you to "Pay immediately or your power will be shut off."

They will ask you to pay with a prepaid card or through a third-party payment company like Zelle. Please stay protected and don't become a victim. Learn how to keep safe myavista.com/scams.

What a week!!

🏡 🏡 Closed on two homes AND welcomed my second son into the world 👶!!

Great staging allows buyers to envision a beautiful use for the space; but keeps the canvass blank enough so they can imprint their personality on the home- instead of just picturing the current owners in the home.

It also makes me want to redecorate my home 😅
