🏡 Spokane Fall Market = Opportunity for Buyers 🍂
BUYERS, THIS MARKET DESERVES YOUR ATTENTION!
The September numbers from the Spokane Association of REALTORS® show a market that is still moving, but with more opportunity for buyers to negotiate and make thoughtful decisions.
📈 Sales are UP 7.4%
536 homes sold in September compared to 499 last year — buyers are still actively purchasing.
💰 Median price is UP just 1.2%
The median sales price was $419,995, showing that prices remain relatively stable rather than making a dramatic jump.
🏡 Inventory is UP 1.3%
There were 1,620 homes available at the end of September, representing 3.2 months of supply. That's more choices and a little more breathing room for buyers.
📉 New listings are DOWN 1.6%
With fewer new homes coming onto the market, the homes currently available may become especially important as we head into the slower winter months.
So, what does this mean for buyers?
This could be a sweet spot. 🍂
Sellers who are motivated to make a move before winter may be more open to negotiation, concessions, price adjustments and creative terms — especially when a home has been sitting on the market.

✨ WINDERMERE SYMPOSIUM 2026 was fabulous! ✨

I spent a few days last week investing in my business, and I truly believe that every time I invest in myself and my business—whether through classes, education, collaboration, or networking—I come home knowing more than I did when I left and feeling inspired to be the very best version of myself for my clients.

This year’s Symposium was inspiring for so many reasons. Hearing the second-generation owners of Windermere speak so passionately about the company, its history, and its core values was incredibly meaningful. Those values align so closely with the way I believe business should be done and the way I strive to serve my clients every day.

It was also exciting to meet the third generation now becoming part of Windermere and hear their fresh ideas, energy, and vision for the future. Seeing that passion firsthand was especially meaningful knowing that I currently have a second-generation real estate professional under my wing. I love seeing the next generation step into this industry and watching what they can bring to it. ❤️
