Hiring your friend as your realtor isn’t weird. It just means you are beginning the whole process with a level of trust from day one. Worrying about it and going with a stranger instead (and often having a bad experience?)…That’s the part that gets us 😢

We get asked often what the hardest part of real estate is, and the answer usually surprises people. We relish the challenges and strategizing all of the ways we can help you nail your goals and alleviate stress along the way.

So here it is - The hardest part? It’s not indecision. It’s not emotion. It’s not a client needing time to think. Those are all normal parts of the roller coaster and we’re here for it.

What makes the process hard is when communication just disappears. Ghosted.

Sometimes after bending over backwards to show you 10 houses on a Saturday, sometimes after we’ve been making plans to list your home for months, sometimes after you’ve asked us to write up an offer urgently and we strategize and get those docs to your inbox at lightening speed.

Changes of heart are normal, changes of agents happen, stress about finances happen. But you know what helps figure it out? Communicating even when it’s hard.

SO much of what we do well depends on clarity, trust, and knowing where you stand.

Future Heirloom clients - just know we are NEVER expecting our people to have it all figured out. We are simply ask that you commit to communicating well because when that happens, you allow us to pursue every nuance of your home buying or selling with excellence and finesse.
