Closing day today!!

When I say I couldn't be more excited. I couldn't be more excited.

Not only for my buyer but the seller/listing agent.

I had three different buyers under contract for said property. All backed out for their own personal reasons. Nothing to do with the home.

The third phone call to say my buyer backed out felt soo personal. It wasn't but gosh, having to make it once is not a great feeling. But three times was weighing heavy on me.
Escrow I'm sure had some laughes over this one.

I got the call the third buyer wanted to go back under contract while I was in bad shape. I'm blessed to have the team I have. Their were days I couldn't talk (no voice) my team lead stepped in and handled what I couldn't. I could text and send emails but at this point some calls needed made.

The listing agent was a true pleasure. Really truly their are genuinely good hearted people and agents and I had the pleasure to work with just such a person/agent.

Feeling blessed to have been given the opportunity to help all the potential buyers and to get one to the closing table and for the people I work with and meet along the way.

I have a few new clients and hopefully will be finding them homes soon too.

Some transactions are easier than others but they are all a learning opportunity and chance for growth.
