940 North is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Leasing Agent to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service and property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage apartment leasing inquiries and conduct property tours
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and current residents
Process rental applications and lease agreements
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies
Support marketing and outreach efforts to maintain high occupancy rates
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
