Two large wildfires are currently burning in Spokane County. I've compiled some basic tips I hope are of help to those that have to evacuate. REMEMBER, these tips are helpful IF you have TIME to do so. Do not put yourself, your family, and the responders at risk by staying too long.

My heart goes out to all those that have been affected by the fires. I am so proud of our community. There have been so many donations as well as community members, and even some from outside of our community, offering help by evacuating people and animals, bulldozing, and bringing in water to hose down hot spots. It makes my heart so proud!

It's Market Monday! April saw a few changes in the market in Spokane but what we do have is an abundance of new listings! We will see more open houses as these keep rolling in and the weather becomes warmer!
