Feeling so grateful for this one!! Had to make a long post to showcase it!!

Back in June, I received a call from an agent in the Vancouver, WA area. She said she had some clients who inherited a home here in Spokane and needed an agent to get the job done for them. The day after our initial conversation, she let me know that the sellers decided to go with myself and my team as opposed to one of the other 5 agents she had interviewed.

After a long journey of hiring two different junk removal companies, spending hours at the house cleaning and making several dump runs myself, and the sellers coming in from out of town to finish clearing out the house, we finally got it done and in a way that I couldn’t be more proud of!

After 3 days on the market we received a cash offer with zero contingencies that closes in TWO WEEKS!

Not only that, but the activity this home got was some of the best I’ve ever seen. When we went pending, we were up to 1200+ views and 130+ saves on Zillow, all in a span of 3 days!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Chris Mathews and Travis Mathews for making the trip from Priest River to do a killer job on the landscaping and fixing the sprinkler system.

I also want to thank Jacob Lavers for not only the amazing photography but also for being willing to work with my sellers schedule. Jacob made the trip from Coeur d’Alene to take exterior photos and then three weeks later made the trip again for the interior photos once the home was ready. I couldn’t be happier with how things panned out, it was a long road to get to this point but in the end, it went exactly how I’d hoped it would.
