This is a very interesting visual of how the median sales price of homes in Spokane changes throughout the year. Starting in February and running until the first hit of summer, prices generally raise, followed by prices falling (sometimes a little, sometimes a lot).

We generally see the amount of sales jump early in the year as well, meaning spring is generally a good time to sell in Spokane!
