We're celebrating a transaction that came full circle! 🎉

Earlier this year, we had the opportunity to help a tenant secure a lease extension while continuing to evaluate what the future might hold for their business. As their lease term progressed, a new opportunity emerged—ownership.

Rather than renewing again or relocating, we worked with both the tenant and the property owner to structure an owner-user purchase that benefited everyone involved. The seller successfully sold their building, and the tenant achieved the milestone of becoming a commercial property owner.

Representing both the seller and the buyer throughout this process made this transaction especially rewarding. From lease negotiations to the final purchase, we were honored to help both clients navigate every step and reach a solution that aligned with their long-term goals.
