What started as a referral from Utah has officially ended with keys in hand and a fresh start in the Inland Northwest.

Cassie Chase represented the buyer, who was relocating to the Spokane area and exploring communities that could feel like home. After viewing several properties, the small-town feel of Davenport stood out—and between two homes, this was the one.

Cassie negotiated seller-paid closing costs and a rate buydown, helping her client save money as he settles into his new home. Sometimes the right real estate move takes a little patience.

TD is a repeat client of Lara, and after considering investment opportunities for years, the timing and the right property finally came together. Lara’s client is officially under contract on a home in Northview Estates in Spokane’s Five Mile neighborhood—with plans to make it a rental property. 🏡

The home offered the rental potential her client had been looking for, along with a North Spokane location near Sky Prairie Park, Prairie View Elementary, Highland Middle School, shopping, and dining.

When the right opportunity came along, Lara helped her client evaluate the purchase with those investment goals in mind and successfully negotiated an offer below the list price.

One of our favorite parts of this story is simply getting to work with a client again. Real estate goals can change and grow over time, and there’s something pretty special about being trusted to help someone through more than one chapter.

Worth the move across the state. 🏡

After scouring the Spokane area for the right home as they prepare to relocate from Western Washington, S. and B. found it in Five Mile—and they’re officially UNDER CONTRACT!

Referred to Lara by a past client, these buyers had a clear picture of what they wanted for their family. Lara helped them search the Spokane market, narrow in on the right area, and ultimately find a Five Mile daylight rancher that checked the boxes—including panoramic northern views of Mt. Spokane and the Selkirk Range from the back deck.

The location was another big part of the fit: in the Mead School District, within walking distance of elementary and middle schools, and minutes from Kalispel Country Club. The full-footprint daylight basement also gives them space to bring their own vision to the home over time.
